Ready to build? Follow the steps below:

1. Make sure we build in your area, click on "Service Area" to see the list of counties we serve. 
2. We are happy to work with any plans you already have designed or purchased or we can refer you to our preferred architect / draftsman and they can help you bring your ideas to life. 
3.  Once we receive the plans, we will reach out to you and ask you for your selections on cabinets, countertops, door types, flooring, etc.
4. Once we gather all that information from you, the bidding process starts.  It takes roughly 4-6 weeks to get you a detailed estimate on your project, so it’s very important that we get all options ironed out from the beginning.
5. Once we bid your project, we will either be in budget or over. If over budget, we can make suggestions as to where you can save money to meet your budget.  If we are in budget, we can sign contract and get started!
